Traci: Friend, do you have any words of wisdom to help people who are trying to figure out and understand what's happening right now in the universe and how to live to the fullest in spite of it all.
Friend: Firstly, we wish to say that we are delighted to have this forum to communicate with you and the world.
Secondly, we wish to welcome the readers to our blog. This will be a delightful medium for you to deliver our messages and thoughts to the world.
Now, let us begin by clarifying with you that there are so many levels of your questions and we wish to help you with all of them.
It is and always will be our goal to help those of you on earth to identify the value of your lives and to live to the fullest by connecting to your highest selves. People get so caught up in living the demands of their lives and the pressures from their activities, responsibilities and chores that they often forget themselves in the process. This is so easy to do when you are completely overwhelmed with trying to accomplish so much in so little time.
The more you can do, the more you do and the more you do, the more you expect to do more. It goes on and on and on - like a big spinning wheel. Life is moving so fast in this century and that's OK - in fact it is in time. But, you must remember that you are more than your blackberries and more than your cell-phones, emails and blogs....you are more than your career and more than your hobbies, more than your children's homework and activities.
You are a spiritual being as well and in order to best process all of this wonderfully high tech and very advanced information and fast paced activities and accelerated lives you must also remember to "plug in" to your soul self, your essential spirit. To "reboot" yourself every once in a while so that you can download even more new and wonderfully advanced information and technology and activities. If you downloaded new programs all day long each day to your computer and only rebooted each night - your PC would crash. Of course it is recommended to reboot after each new download or added program to keep the PC working properly.
We suggest that you take little moments to "reboot" your body, mind and your spirit throughout each day. Yes, you reboot each night during your sleep - however, to actually help facilitate the incoming information that your lives deliver to you all day long, it is recommended that you find the little moments to stop and breathe and get back to yourselves. This may seem so insignificant, so inconsequential. It is not. We are here to say to you that you do not need to take big giant steps in overhauling your life. You do not need to change the entire way you live. You simply need to make very small but very conscious steps toward listening, hearing, being with your highest selves. Even just a tiny step in that direction will lead to a better you.
Your souls are calling - and the way to answer is by simply stopping for a minute and listen. This act of "listening" might actually be listening to inspirations or beautiful music or it might be getting up and walking around the room to stretch your legs. It might be to look out of the window and stare at the scenery for a moment to clear your head. It can really be very simple and easy acts of "listening". It might also be to actually sit quietly and listen to your own thoughts.
With love,
Friend
