Tips for creating health, happiness, and succss!

Here are a few tips to help you create more health, happiness, and success in your life:

  • Use applied faith - faith in the moment of any given situation that there is a seed of opportunity or growth
  • Trust the process of life
  • Set your intent wisely.  Intention is very powerful and it organizes the power with in the field of pure potentiality
  • Center yourself by relaxing the body and calming the mind
  • Increase self-awareness by practicing mindfulness - present moment focus
  • Use deep breathing techniques to help you de-stress and connect with your inner self
  • Use imagery techniques to tap into the power of your mind
  • You are what you think - you are in control of your thoughts and attitude
  • Develop your intuition by honoring and acknowledging your intuitive voice
  • Read inspirational and motivational books to cultivate your spirituality
  • Keep a gratitude journal - each day record those thing in your life for which you are grateful
  • Laugh - watch a movie, laugh with friends/family
  • Lighten up - when you are frustrated, stand up and twirl - it is a way to be silly and elevate your mood
  • Enjoy nature - take time to appreciate a beautiful sunset or the beauty of freshly fallen snow
  • Share your positive attitude - compliment and encourage others. Remember that to get what you want in life you must also help others get what they want
  • Create a sacred space in your home where you can retreat and restore your inner peace.  Spend at least a few minutes here each day to honor your spirit
