2007 is almost here... the New Year is a fresh start... a time to begin again. However, I believe that it is important to clear out the old and bring closure to this year, before you begin a new one. Here are some important questions to consider as you review your 2006.
What were my biggest disappointments? What were my challenges? What would I have done differently? What did I learn? How do I limit myself?
What were my biggest accomplishments? What did I do well? What was my greatest contribution? What are my strengths?
If you want to dig a bit deeper and really learn from this past year so that you can start the New Year with a bang, read Year End Retrospective, an article I wrote for Positive Thinking Magazine. This article will help you clear out old negative patterns so that you can make room for new healthy patterns.
