Great video from Stephen Hopson

If you are not already familiar with Stephen Hopson, I suggest you hop over to his site - Adversity University and read up.  His site is about turning adversity into success - he is a real expert in the area!  Stephen does not let anything get in the way of what he wants out of life.  He is a very inspirational and motivational person.  He is a professional speaker, author, and consultant.  Did I forget to mention that Stephen is also deaf?  Talk about turning adversity into success!  I first "met" Stephen at Phil Gerbyshak's blog and have been a fan since then.
