Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Let your muscles loosen and relax. Allow your mind to focus on the relaxation and the imagery. Pay attention to how your body feels at your ideal weight. Repeat the following affirmations: "I eat the right foods and in the right amounts." and "I choose healthy foods at each meal."
